Active Assets Limited invests its own capital. It does not manage investments for third parties, does not accept client money, and is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Enquiries do not create a relationship
Sending us an enquiry, and our reading it, does not create any contract, partnership, fiduciary duty or obligation on our part. We are under no obligation to respond to, evaluate or pursue any proposal, and we are not obliged to give reasons for a decision not to proceed.
Please do not send confidential or price sensitive information through the enquiry form. Anything you send through the form is sent on a non-confidential basis unless and until we have signed a written confidentiality agreement with you.

We take reasonable care over the information on this site, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or free from error. Information may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
